How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

I brought the courier a couple of days after the order. Moscow. I have an original joy Xbox360 but with a wire. This is not worse, I took it to play on a PC without wires. Completely satisfied and do not regret what I took.

The GamePad came in 10 days to Kazan. The quality is excellent, several years ago I bought from Speedlink in the CSN Red, I wanted to buy another one, only blue, but there it was already gone and now it stands 2 k.
