How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)

I liked the mouse. Lies in my big hand very well. I connected it once, without a rule. Quiet, the move is small. I liked it, I recommend it.
пришло быстро за 14 дней до Донецкой Области. Подключилось быстро, мышка приятно скользит по столу, довольно легкая цвет RGB не регулируется можно ставить только режимы, ЛКМ и ПКМ очень тихие.P.S.цвет на фотографиях меняется постепенно. Продавца рекомендую.

Amazing mouse! Very impressed on the packaging and box compared to other items off Aliexpress. The box it came in looks very professional Plan to resell it but if I needed a new mouse I would certainly consider using it and highly recommend! Totally worth the low cost.

The store sent, in principle quickly, but to Ukraine (Odessa) was 28 days. The mouse is working, the backlight is super (there are like 4 modes). But I will immediately say, active flickering backlight-annoying, strongly glare (soft fading mode is an ideal option)! Very soft pressing of the buttons and really almost silent. The only negative, it's not the perfect quality of the material, at least on my copy. There are many elements of not high-quality casting and bubbles. With all the crustness of the backlight, the elements of Dishman plastic, just oppress. Plus the side panels are not metal, but plastic!! It's all plastic!! DPI on the maximum-well... This... Not a super Gamer (for games is not the best option). I still recommend the seller. As the delivery time largely depends on customs and domestic postal service. The packing was normal, the box is not crumpled. But small elements of anti-decor and solid plastic-clearly express that it is a smell of "Dishman".

It works very well, very soft buttons, the only hit I see is that it's very big and that doesn't make it ergonomic is awkward for small hands, I guess it's just a matter of getting used to it.

Основные кнопки очень тихие - нажатия практически бесшумные, но тактильно отлично ощущаются. Всего 7 клавиш - левая, правая, колёсико, DPI, назад, вперёд, управление подсветкой. На главных кнопках покрытие софт-тач - очень приятные на ощупь. Колёсико плавное, без нареканий. Из минусов: - Ожидал, что будет режим одноцветной подсветки, но его нет. - Когда делал заказ было сказано, что в подарок коврик. Написал продавцу по поводу предпочтительного цвета коврика - он ответил "Окей". Мышка пришла без коврика. Понимаю, что он в заказ не входил и это лишь приятный бонус от продавца, но, как говорится, осадочек остался. В целом, продавца и товар рекомендую.
